Welcome Raleigh Ray families and parents!! We are SO glad to have you a part of our 2023 Summer League season! We look forward to seeing you all at our first day of practice this Monday, May 22. In this email I will include all of the general information concerning our upcoming season as well as answer the most frequently asked questions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q:“Do I have to purchase the team suit?”
A: No, It is not required to purchase but it is recommended. If you have the team suit from last season that is fine to wear too!
Q:“Does my child have to attend every practice?”
A: No, but it is recommended that you attend 2x a week.
Q: “Do I need to sign my child up for meets?”
A: YES. Please sign your child up at least a week in advance for each meet. If you do not, they will not be placed on heat sheets and we will assume they will not be attending. https://lifetimeraleigh.swimtopia.com/signup-instructions
Q: ‘How do I volunteer for meets?”
A: So glad you asked :) Parent volunteers are vital to our meets. We ask every parent to sign up to volunteer for at least 1 meet each season. https://lifetimeraleigh.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

Q: “What does my child need to bring to practice?”
A: We recommend purchasing mirrored goggles since we practice outside in the sun, swim cap, sunscreen, water, and a smile :)
