Monday-Friday, except Tuesdays once meets start

5:00-5:30 PM 6 and under
5:30-6:15 PM 7-8
6:15-7:00 PM 9-10
7:00-8:00 PM 11-18
Please make an extra effort to attend Wednesday practices, these are the days where we will review the skills most commonly DQ'd at the meet the previous evening.
