We have noticed that your swimmer is currently marked as not attending the final swim meet, scheduled for Tuesday, July 18th, 2023, at Durant Trails. However, we wanted to reach out and give you the opportunity to include your swimmer if their availability has changed.

If your swimmer would like to participate in the last meet, please email us confirming their attendance before 9 pm tonight. Simply indicate in your email that you would like to add your swimmer to the participant list for the final meet. We would be more than happy to include them, provided we receive your confirmation by the specified deadline.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be accommodating. Having accurate information about your swimmer's availability is crucial for organizing a fair and well-structured event for all participants.

Attached to this email, you will find a list of the missing swimmers who have not confirmed their participation for the final meet. If you notice any discrepancies or have any information regarding the missing swimmers, please let us know as soon as possible.

We deeply appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Your prompt response will greatly assist us in organizing a successful and memorable event for all our swimmers, coaches, and families.
