Good morning! I wanted to share some important updates and reminders to ensure a smooth and successful event for all involved.

Firstly, I have attached the latest heat sheet to this memo, which reflects the most recent changes. Please take a moment to review it carefully, as some adjustments have been made to the event schedule. 

In compliance with TSA (The Swimming Association) rules, swimmers aged six and under can compete in a maximum of two events. Adherence to this regulation ensures fair competition and allows all participants a meaningful experience.

Furthermore, I would like to emphasize the importance of volunteers in making this swim meet successful. We still have several volunteer positions available and would greatly appreciate your support.
