Please ensure that if your child is swimming in a MEDLEY relay (first events),they know the correct stroke they are to swim.

Medley relay order:

1. Backstroke

2. Breaststroke

3. Butterfly

4. Freestyle

It is CRUCIAL that the swimmers know the order so we can avoid any disqualifications :)
