Good evening and Happy Friday!

First, we will be having practice Monday, Wednesday and Friday next week at our normal times in preparation for our final home meet Tuesday night, and for TSA champs swimmers competing in the meet the following Sunday. No practice during the banquet Thursday night, which will begin at 6:30pm here at the Bistro outside! If anyone has any pictures/videos they would like to submit, I'd love to try and put together a slideshow/poster for everybody -- if interested, please send to [email protected].

I hope everyone has had a great week, thank you to everyone that came out! We had almost 30% improvement in times as a team again this week, and it's been so cool for Coach Jo and I to see this level of improvement from everyone week in and week out!

FOR TSA CHAMPS: Entries are now finalized and submitted to the league for merging, charges should have been withdrawn from your member account today. We will need 1-2 kid pusher's for the 8 & under and 9/10 sessions at TSA Champs, please email me ([email protected]) if you're interested - this is also a great way to watch the meet from the pool deck instead of the bleachers at Triangle Aquatic Center!
