Hello Parents, 

Here is some more information for the meet tomorrow evening. Team warmups will begin at 5:30pm.

Volunteers

We'll hold our volunteer meeting upstairs in the Clubhouse at 5:40 pm. TIMERS - your meeting is on deck by the TimeDrops table (near the blocks). We will use Order of Finish for our meets and will print the paperwork for this volunteer position

CT switches volunteers at the end of Backstroke, We'll take a 5-minute break to make the switch. 

FAMILY INFO

Parking- CT has limited parking in the pool parking lot (16 spots). We have 1 handicap accessible space. The rest are available for your team.

Please don’t park on both sides of the street on Coachman's Way, Dunstable, or Carriage Trail. This causes too much congestion and lowers visibility for drivers

Park on the pool/clubhouse side of the road.

A short walk on Dunstable is another parking area by our Tennis Courts, feel free to park in the gravel lot.

Please do not block driveways, park too close to the intersections or stop signs

Please do not park on the grass in front of our neighbors' homes

Your Team Area - The diving board side of the pool is where your team will be. It's pretty sunny on that side so you are welcome to bring canopies. There are umbrella tables, and benches on that side of the pool as well as deck chairs but you may need to bring more.

Your Clerk of course area will be to the left of the diving boards with 4 rows of chairs

Seating/Standing areas on deck- We ask that the fence area where the swimmers (6-10) finish be kept clear of seating and people, with the exception of volunteers. It gets pretty crowded at that end and we need to have that area clear for swimmers and timers to be able to move around the pool quickly.

Food/Concessions

We'll have Pizza by the slice (Bella Italia) and a baked potato bar.

Our Shark Snow-cones are the best! We have a variety of flavors (including organic/dye free) and a souvenir cup for $10 (cash or credit)

Our Shark Shack has a variety of chips, candy, drinks, etc.

Our end of meet ice cream treats for the swimmers are a long-standing tradition at CT.

-6Us will get their treat after they complete breaststroke

-Older kids get their treat at the end of the meet
