Formal practice for this evening is cancelled, enjoy your 4th!

Anyone who would like to come in and swim this evening or over the weekend, shoot me a message at [email protected] and I'll send over an age-group appropriate workout for your kid(s) to do.

Ribbons are in a blue accordion folder that will be in the AQ office or behind the swim desk, folders are arranged alphabetically and each family is grouped together with a post-it note y'all are welcome to grab them and I'll be handing out what's still in the folder at practice on Monday.
