Hello Raleigh Rays,

I am SO excited to announce we finished our season with another win against Crabtre with a final score of 318-178! That moves us to 6-0 on the season and makes us one of three remaining undefeated teams in the entirety of Tarheel Swimming, both North and Southern leagues. We are the Division 7 Champions, and division winners receive a special trophy as a team at TSA Champs between session 2 and 3 around 2pm. ANYONE involved with the team, regardless of participation in the meet on Sunday, can come on deck with us to receive the trophy as a team! 

We had 79 total improvements, at a rate of 45% as a team!

INDIVIDUAL IMPROVEMENT:

Looking ahead...

1. Kids will have a chance to push me in this evening at the conclusion of practice around 7pm tonight.
2. Goodberry's outing tomorrow evening after practice concludes at 7pm (9700 Strickland Rd.) Attendance is encouraged, but not expected.
3. Practice schedule... we will have practice the remainder of this week at the normally scheduled times. I ask that Friday's practices are left for swimmers competing in TSA Champs this Sunday.
4. Banquet is scheduled for next Tuesday 7/21. Please RSVP on the website if you are planning to attend. We will have food, beverages, do our season awards, and we're going to do fun swims (t-shirt relay, parents & coaches vs. kids, etc.)
