Hello All!

Ribbons for the season have been completed and are in the blue accordion folder here in the AQ department, I will be handing them out as I see y'all and any that I still have left over will be distributed at the banquet next Tuesday.

Banquet will be on the outdoor pool deck here, running from 5-7pm. Please RSVP so we know how many to expect in attendance!

ANY parent who would like to swim in a parents/coaches relay, please bring a suit and pair of goggles and we'll figure out a way to get everyone involved.

We will be doing high points for each age group, overall high point for the team for one boy and one girl, and Coaches awards for one boy and one girl overall.

TSA Notes:

• We will be seated beneath the stadium bleachers for TSA's. We will have a single bleacher stand that we are sharing with the Cary Life Time, so there will be some seats but anyone who is able or would like to bring a chair with them that wouldn't hurt.
• Division Trophies will be awarded between sessions 2 and 3. Currently, Session 2 is scheduled to end around 1:42 pm and session 3 begins at 2:30pm.
• NO TECH SUITS ALLOWED IN ANY SESSION
• Medals will be awarded for Individual events places 1-8, and relays places 1-3
• Ribbons will be awarded for Individual events places 9-16, and relays places 4-8
• Meet Organizers are looking for parents to either sign up for a volunteer shift, or to bring a food/beverage item to donate to the volunteer/coach Hospitality area.
• Volunteering is the ONLY way you will be allowed on deck while your swimmer's session is going on. They are very strict about this policy.
